What personal information do you store?

For customers: We permanently store your e-mail address, and password (hashed and salted) if you have set one. Your IP address may be stored in logs. Your Patreon application keys and subscription information are not permanently saved.

For creators: We permanently store your e-mail address, password (hashed and salted), and Patreon application and webhook keys. Your IP address may be stored in logs.

The server on which it is stored uses full-partition encryption for the database. However, this is not infalliable, so we deliberately try to store as little as possible.

It will only be used as required to provide the service as advertised. Your information will never be sold, and only provided to third parties as required by law.
